Etosha National Park ~ Birds
Being predominately a trip to photograph mammals, there were limited opportunities to capture images of birds.
Therefore most of my avian images are only record shots.
That said, there were a few occasions that a species presented itself close to a vehicle.
One of these was the Lilac-breasted Roller which was the top of my bird wish list and as Mark Sisson made clear, the look of joy on my face at such a close encounter was plain to see.
